By accessing or using the services provided by Committee to Elect House Republicans ("we," "our," or "us"), including our website, donation pages, event pages, petitions, and messaging services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Committee to Elect House Republicans provides civic engagement tools including event registration, petition signing, donation processing, email communications, and SMS/text messaging alerts to supporters who opt in.
3. SMS/Text Messaging Program
Program Name: Committee to Elect House Republicans SMS Alerts
Program Description: By opting in, you will receive recurring SMS/text messages from Committee to Elect House Republicans. Messages may include candidate endorsements, fundraising appeals, election reminders, event invitations, volunteer opportunities, legislative updates, and other civic engagement content.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per week during active campaign periods, and less frequently at other times.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
Opt-In: You may opt in to receive SMS messages by: (1) checking the SMS opt-in checkbox on our website forms (event RSVPs, petitions, donation pages, action alerts), (2) texting JOIN to our messaging number, or (3) providing verbal or written consent at in-person events. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase, donation, or other service.
Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Supported Carriers: Major US carriers are supported, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Donations
Donations made through our platform are processed securely by Stripe. All donations are voluntary. Refund requests should be directed to info@electhouserepublicans.com.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Use our services for illegal activities
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our messages is owned by Committee to Elect House Republicans or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without authorization.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMMITTEE TO ELECT HOUSE REPUBLICANS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING SMS MESSAGING.

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire without regard to conflict of law principles.
